The rooftop pool and hot tub were fantastic for relaxing after a long day. The parking fees were higher than expected, which added to our costs.

The staff made my stay unforgettable with their warmth and attentiveness. I loved the huge suite that perfectly fit my family and all our needs. The complimentary breakfast and evening kickbacks were such delightful bonuses!

Breakfast and dinner included, plus three free drinks each evening made our stay enjoyable. The mattress could definitely use replacement; my back ached every morning. Housekeeping was responsive and friendly. Security was great with key access needed throughout the hotel. Location is central, easy walking to attractions. Parking is pricier at $38 a night.

The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds that ensured a good night's sleep. Temperature control was effective, keeping the room just right. Plenty of lamp outlets made charging devices easy. The bathroom featured a convenient shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser. the fridge was not as cold as expected. Noise levels were minimal, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The sofa-bed presented some cleanliness concerns, with noticeable stains; the linens provided also had issues. Housekeeping was responsive, but the overall experience with linens could improve. Staff at the kickback were friendly and added a nice touch to the stay.

comfortable room, convenient location with a nice view of the downtown and easy access to nearby attractions like the hop on and hop off bus tour.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

The location lets you stroll to all the hot spots easily. The breakfast offers a decent range of options and there's even a happy hour to unwind with a drink.
The room could use a brighter makeover.

I was really disappointed with the room situation. The suite I got was nothing like the pictures—dim and dark with barely any windows. It felt cramped and far from the cozy escape I anticipated, totally not worth the price.

My experience was wonderful, as everything from the French Quarter to Jackson Square is an easy walk of less than 20 minutes, making my exploration of the city so enjoyable while being able to stop by local cafes like Cafe Bon Ami and Big Pie Pizza & Bar just a few steps away; plus, the hotel offers great amenities including a spacious room and a nice breakfast and dinner buffet, but it could improve by ensuring all access points are functioning.

Convenient hot breakfast with multiple choices. Ideal location near the streetcar and a short walk to vibrant areas. Friendly and accommodating staff. The beds are comfortable; however, avoid the sofa couch—it’s not suitable for sleep. Minor air conditioning issues, but everything else was well-managed. Enjoyed the kickbacks and patio for relaxation. Value stands out, especially with complimentary breakfast and drinks. Parking is reasonable at $34 with in-and-out privileges. The pool is small but inviting; a perfect spot to unwind. Rooms are a bit outdated, and noise from the street can be a nuisance, but manageable. Minor bathroom layout quirks noted. Will absolutely return.

The clean, updated king suite offered comfort and friendly service, but the evenings were marred by false fire alarms that turned into an unexpected workout. Breakfast had decent options, though a lack of healthy choices and no lemons for tea left me wanting more. I appreciated the evening kickback—some good popcorn, at least—but the food quality was a letdown this time. The hotel's dark decor felt out of place, and an occasional rodent sighting in the dining area wasn’t ideal. Parking felt secure, but I longed for some simple amenities like hand sanitizer and water stations.

The Drury Plaza Hotel at the Arch sits in a whole city block, full of discoveries. I practically had a personal Starbucks and more! The hotel rewards high-traveling guests, historical facades included. A top-notch stay!
Oh, joy! The nightly reception menu was a thrilling game of surprise. Hot dogs, greasy spoon specials, and soft drinks on repeat.

The hotel is just a short walk away from the vibrant French Quarter and the National WWII Museum, giving me easy access to explore New Orleans' rich history and culture; I loved being so close to attractions like Lewis Armstrong Park and Cafe du Monde, where I enjoyed delicious beignets, all while having the peace and quiet of a more relaxed area at night. The hotel itself was nice with friendly staff and comfortable rooms that had all I needed, but the cleanliness of the linens could use some improvement.

Breakfast is fantastic with lots of choices that everyone enjoyed. The staff was friendly and always ready to help.
It wasn't cheap, but the value for what you get is reasonable.

Let's start with the positives - I loved the convenience of having ironing facilities in the room. It was super handy to freshen up my clothes before heading out for the day. The heating and air conditioning worked like a charm, keeping the room at just the right temperature for a comfy stay. The sitting area was a nice touch, providing a cozy spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. The sink area was clean and well-stocked with free toiletries, which was a pleasant surprise. I particularly enjoyed the AM/FM alarm clock in the room, making it easy to wake up on time for my adventures. The flat-screen TV was a great addition for some evening entertainment. Now, onto areas that could be improved - I did notice that the dry cleaning and laundry services were a bit slow. It took longer than expected to get my clothes back, which was a tad inconvenient. the refrigerator in the room was a bit too powerful as it froze all my snacks and water. I couldn't figure out how to adjust the settings, which was a minor frustration. Another point to note is that the dinner appetizers were the same every night. It would have been nice to see some variety in the menu. Lastly, the housekeeper missed our room on the last day of our stay, even though we had a chat with her earlier. It would have been better if they had ensured a consistent level of service throughout our stay. Drury Plaza was a decent place to stay with some minor hiccups here and there. The location was great, right in the heart of everything, and the amenities provided were satisfactory. Just a few tweaks needed to make it an even more enjoyable experience.

We had a fantastic experience immersing ourselves in the history of rock and roll music at the museum nearby. From one-hit wonders to legendary stars, the journey through rock history was captivating for our whole family.
My children wanted more kid-friendly activities onsite.

Had a blast during my Easter stay! The facility amenities were top-notch – loved the free happy hour with snacks and drinks, and the convenient market for essentials. The clean, quiet room was a dream, with a comfy bed and amazing pillows. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, making my experience extraordinary. the location was key, just a quick walk to Bourbon Street and other attractions!
there were some sightings of rodents in the dining area which was a bit off-putting.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel's location was convenient, just a few blocks from Bourbon Street and with a streetcar stop right across the street. I also appreciated the spacious room and the friendly staff who provided helpful recommendations.
The room seemed outdated and could benefit from renovation. Additionally, the fire alarm being pulled as a prank at 5 am was quite disruptive and disappointing.

We hit up the best zoo EVER with wild animals everywhere and then got our party on at Disney World - talk about magical! Spent all day jamming to rock at the cool music museum. The vibe was lit, and we had a blast with all the attractions!
Needed more happening nightlife spots near the hotel for us to keep the party rolling all night long.

Great location with walking distance to French Quarter and Garden District. Free breakfast, drinks, and dinner. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Clean rooms with good housekeeping service. Valet parking at a reasonable price. Heated pool and spa. Popcorn in the lobby.
Felt welcomed, nothing to complain about.

Our family had a pleasant stay at a hotel with great amenities and a convenient location. The suite was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool. The non-slip tub with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner attachments was a nice touch. The elevators were quick and the hotel was clean. The breakfast had plenty of options, and we enjoyed the free drinks during happy hour. The hotel also had a pool, gym, and laundry facilities. The staff, including Jamie, were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast could have had more healthy options, such as fresh fruit and a variety of granola and nuts.

We enjoyed the convenient location, walking distance to attractions. The complimentary drinks and breakfast were a great perk. However, we were disappointed by the lack of soundproofing in the gym area.
